Succinctly Yours ~ Week 44

I'm ready to run with no place to go. Living in Kentucky isn't all it's cracked up to be. I've been stalled since I arrived. (whah-whah)

You know, Pooch, that is what happens when you move into those hills. You get stalled. My BIL lives in Tennessee, it is the same way there. (whah-whah)

This is a good story, poor horse.

Sounds like this poor giddyap won't be seeing the track any too soon. Perhaps he should seek out a career that focuses on something from the neck up? I'm talking millinery. I hear hats the thing at the Derby. Yeah, if "Mr. Ed" plays his straw cloth, feathers, ribbons and other assorted trims right, he could win BIG at the races yet!

"stalled" LOL — and is "cracked" a pun, too? (whip)
I guess a horse has to be pretty special to be chosen in Kentucky.
I enjoyed this one, Pooch!

Love the pun! Great MF to go with the photo.

LOL--loved the double entendre "stalled." Somehow, I just can't picture any horses in Kentucky looking like this one! They probably keep the ones like this hidden in out-of-the-way places.

Hi Pooch, very nice blog! I found you from a comment you left on a book review at Joyfully Retired. I'd like to ask you a question privately but can't find an email address or contact form. Would you please send me an email at lisamunley@ca.rr.com?
