Dogs on Thursday

(Phone Cam pic) One of Lailah's favorite things to do is to chase around with Max and pull his collar off. This involves a great deal of growling and boxing until Max wears down. She stands victorious with his collar, which I then take away from her since she enjoys chewing it. This definitely interrupts my knitting time!! Feisty, bouncy Lailah.

Meanwhile, collarless Max thinks--Whew! That'll keep her off my back for a while!!
Sweet, gentle Max.

But I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me.

LOL! Oh my is she fiesty!
What a prize too.
Poor Max just takes it all without complaining to much what a good big brother he is.

HA HA - Lola loves to do that to Zeus. Only Zeus... maybe its because his comes off more easily. She usually tries "dragging" him up the stairs (mind you he out weighs her by about 30 pounds) first, then grabs the collar. He doesn't mind - he loves being "naked Zeus"

Does Max ever get really mad at Lailah? He's such a good sport.

Oh, Max, you're such a good boy! Lailah looks so funny with that collar hanging out of her mouth :) They are so cute together.

Those two seem like a bundle of energy!! I bet it is fun to watch them run. My two can go around quite a bit before they get tired. :)

Simon used to do that to Tillie. I had forgotten all about it until Doug mentioned it to Simon's pin doctor that other day. He would take off her collar and run around the yard with it. Doug thinks that he thought he was under dressing her, naughty boy.

Max must be very patient. Lailah definitely looks playful here. Good dogs.
