Vulgarities aside, the engaging flow of the plot leads the reader into a maze of farcical relationships of infidelity and marriage as only the British can. The strong characterizations kept my interest, though it was a bit difficult to "keep track of" them all! This is a story of gentility, kindness, betrayal, life with surprises aplenty!
